Orders

• Sale Policy

  Items sold on our site are in stock and typically ship within 3-4 business days. All sales are final. If an item is defective, see “Returns Policy” below.

• Payment Options

  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

• Shipping and Handling Policy

  We charge a flat rate of $5.00 USD on most items unless otherwise stated. This minimizes the complexity of our shipping and handling, which helps us to be able to offer our products at greatly discounted prices to you.

• Ship to Locations

  We do not ship outside the continental United States, to APO/FPO addresses, or to PO Box addresses.

• Shipping Options and Carriers

  Only ground standard shipping provided by USPS is available at this time.

• Order Tracking

  All packages are shipped with tracking codes. You can view the status of your order in the My Account area of the Web site.

• Order Limits

  You may purchase up to ten of the same item.

• Returns Policy

  All products on ElectricPie carry their standard manufacturer warranties (when offered by the manufacturer) unless otherwise stated. If your product is defective, contact the manufacturer and follow their instructions.

  In the event an item is received damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service (the shipping agent) to submit a claim.

  For any other type of problem not covered under our Returns Policy, please e-mail service@ElectricPie.com with your order number, product name, and details of the problem. We will respond with details on where and how to return your item for a refund. We cannot accept any item that we have not authorized for return.

• Your Outlet

  The Outlet section of our Web site allows you and others to talk about the items offered on ElectricPie. You are free to share comments, experiences, as well as any technical knowledge you want to share.

  Proper etiquette is expected. Profane or obscene language is not tolerated on our site and offenders will be banned from using the Outlet.

• What is not appropriate
